super handy location!

awesome space handy location unique bedside lights

the room had awesome space compared to other places during my trip (i am so glad). the location was super handy to both the tube and coach stations. some cool spots. i loved the unique bedside reading lights. plus the staff were fabulous and super friendly (big win!).

my room was a little noisy because it faced the road, but honestly, it wasn't a huge deal.

great location helpful staff coffee facility

the hotel location was great near victoria station. i walked to buckingham palace in just ten minutes. the staff was kind and helpful . the room offered tea and coffee making facilities.

The room walls seemed thin and i heard footsteps from the room above. This noise disrupted my rest.

The hotel is very close to the station. This made it easy to get around.

The room was quite small, impacting my overall experience. the noise from nearby trains persisted throughout the night, disturbing my sleep.. It was hard to relax.

the location near victoria station was acceptable.

the room i received was much too small. the air conditioning did not work well, so the room was too warm. i also found that the window barely opened, ventilation was minimal.
